Scenic free ferry rides, Unique location near NDSM Wharf, Onboard character and unique decor
The bathrooms are cramped and poorly designed!!! The thin walls let in too much noise from other guests!!! The lack of accessible parking information adds unnecessary stress for drivers!!!

The cozy room offered a delightful sea view, and self-check-in was seamless. Breakfast included a generous buffet with eggs, bacon, and pastries, providing a perfect start to the day. However, the bathroom was quite cramped, and adjusting the hot water in the shower was tedious. Accessing the location involved a short ferry ride, which, while fun, could be bothersome after a long day of exploring.

I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and friendly bar area during my stay. The free ferry service to the city center is a big plus. However, the limited size of the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and the lack of a kettle in the room could have made the experience better.

Cool experience for families!
The room was clean, and we loved the view of the river. Breakfast was solid, and the bar area was cozy. Our little one enjoyed playing on the stairs, even though the shower was cramped and everything got wet. Perfect for a budget family getaway!

Loved the cozy vibe at Botel! Sipped on drinks at the friendly bar area, and explored fab local eateries like Pollux Pacific and Pllek for killer bites. The free ferry ride to the center was a cherry on top!
Botel is still a bit rough around the edges. Our room's key didn't work, and that morning shower was a splash of disappointment. Overall, it's not quite polished yet, especially with renovations ongoing.

My kids wished for more space in the bunk beds. It would be great if there were additional seating options so families could relax together in the room.

Scenic ferry rides offer a unique approach to transportation between the city center and the hotel. Comfortable sleeping arrangements ensured a decent night’s rest despite the hotel's vintage decor. The free breakfast featured a decent variety of meats and pastries, perfect fuel for exploring the area.
The bathroom in the quadruple room felt cramped, making personal care somewhat challenging for a family of four. Lack of adequate seating options, with only two chairs available, left us scrambling for space to put our luggage. Additionally, the telling absence of curtains meant privacy issues and a struggle with the bright lights outside at night. Broken window fixtures led to a stuffy atmosphere, compounding the discomfort further. Noise from nearby rooms permeated through the thin walls, disrupting our peace at times. Poor cleanliness standards were evident as we found scuff marks on the walls and uninviting bedding when we checked in, highlighting maintenance that needs attention.

The experience was quite unique with a very original room design. Although the hotel was under renovation, which limited some amenities, it was clean and the staff were friendly. It was easy to get to and from the attractions in the city. The view from our room added a nice touch to our stay, although the bathroom could use some improvement. Overall, it was an interesting place for a short transit stay.

easy access to parks and top attractions makes for great strolls
I recently stayed for one night and loved being just a few steps away from the ferry, which offered free rides that let us explore the city effortlessly while surrounded by picturesque views. There was a wonderful restaurant nearby where we enjoyed a cozy dinner after a day of walking around the local area.
